About Switchboard

Switchboard exists because job boards stopped being useful. Listings sit up for months after the role is filled, salary ranges are hidden behind a screening call, and the same recruiter posts the same job under four titles.

Every listing here is read by a person before it goes up. Salary ranges are required, not encouraged. Listings expire after thirty days unless renewed, and we take them down as soon as we hear the role is filled.

It is a smaller board as a result. That is the point.
