Work alongside product teams rather than reviewing their work at the end
Build tooling that makes insecure patterns hard to write
Run incident response and write the honest postmortem afterwards
Threat model new systems before they ship, not after

What we are looking for

We care more about how you think than the exact list of technologies you have used. If you have done work like this before and can talk about the decisions you made and what you would change, we want to hear from you.
